To be eligible for returns and exchanges, your purchase needs to be within the 14 days after your purchase or receiving the parcel and your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Earrings are only eligible if they have not been put into piercings. Please note customers are responsible for the return cost unless it was received damaged or if there was a manufacturers fault (refer to our Help Center section for more information on damages).
We recommend keeping your receipt for tracking. Send the item back in the original Summerland Jewelry postage packaging if you have it or something similar with protection.

**Please also include a note with the order number (if you have it), your name, email address and a quick note of whether it is a return, exchange. For exchanges, please also specify the specific product (with size/material) you want. We will then either issue you a refund or for exchanges either issue you an invoice or refund for the difference in price.
