How much does shipping take?
All orders within Thailand are shipped via
Thailand Post EMS which provides fast, reliable, and trackable shipping for documents and items within Thailand (3-6 days).
What do I do if my order hasn't arrive?
Firstly, sorry if your order has run late. Summerland Jewelry is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
In cases such as these, please directly contact Thailand Post with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case that Thailand Post is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Summerland Jewelry is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within Thailand.
Returns & Refunds
Can I exchange or return my item and get a refund?
To be eligible for returns and exchanges, your purchase needs to be within 7 days after your purchase or receiving the parcel and your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Earrings are only eligible if they have not been put into piercings. Please note customers are responsible for the return cost unless it was received damaged or if there was a manufacturers fault (refer to our Help Center section for more information on damages). and the item is unused and in it's original product packaging. Earrings can only be returned or exchange if they are unworn and haven't been put into piercings.

Can I exchange my item?
To be eligible for exchanges, your purchase needs to be within 7 days after your purchase or receiving the parcel and your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs and exchange fee is at 150 Baht ($5)
Exchanges over than 7 days are not accepted.
Warranty, Damages and Faulty Items
What is the warranty on your items?
The warranty period for our products is 6 months from the date of purchase. This only covers manufacturers defects and does not cover for accidental damage or wear and tear. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue with your item at hello@summerlandjewelry.com and provide your name, order number, a brief description of the issue and what happened and also attach a photo (if possible). If it was a gift, please provide the name of the purchaser.
If it is not long out of warranty, please feel free to get in touch. We can't make any guarantees, but we will do our best to help out where we can.
What happens if my item is damaged or has a manufacturers fault?
If your item has a manufacturers fault or is damaged, we offer a 6 month warranty. This only covers manufacturers defects and does not cover for accidental damage or wear and tear. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue with your item at hello@summerlandjewelry.com and provide your name, order number, a brief description of the issue and what happened and also attach a photo (if possible). If it was a gift, please provide the name of the purchaser.

My item was deliverd/recieved damage, what should I do?
If your item was delivered or received damaged please notify us within 48 hours so that we can look into it. It would help us out if you could take 1 or 2 photos of the issue and email it to us along with the name and order number and a quick description of what happened. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I take care of my jewelry and what to do when my jewery is tarnished?
925 sterling silver is a popular material for jewellery for its versatility and beauty. Over time, the metal can tarnish or corrode. Tarnishing, also known as oxidation and is caused when oxygen or sulfur comes in contact with sterling silver. It gives it a darker color. Our Lines & Current Sterling Silver comes in purity of 0.925.
To keep your Lines & Current Jewellery in good condition, we recommend the following:
When not using your jewellery, it is wise to keep your items separately in a small airtight plastic bag to avoid scratching the surface and to minimise exposure to air and tarnishing.
Gold plated and Rosegold plated jewellery: avoid chemical products such as hairspray, perfume, etc. while wearing plated jewellery. Gently clean with warm water and a soft cotton cloth, though only when necessary.
We recommend you remove your jewellery before any of the following: Working out, working with certain chemicals or foods that contain sulfur- mustard, onions, eggs, using household cleaning supplies, sunbathing-swimming, spraying hairspray or perfume, putting on Lotion and makeup.
Wearing your sterling silver jewellery regularly can actually help prevent tarnishing since the oils from your body have a cleaning effect.
