Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
wish to exchange for different size or item(s) or

within 7 days after your purchase or receiving the parcel as it is shown in the logistic system. Items must be unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging.

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Shipping costs and exchange fee is at 150 Baht ($5)

Exchanges over than 7 days are not accepted.
To refund is not in our policy

Repair

We are happy to repair most crafting faults.

Repair within 7 days after your purchase or receiving the parcel as it is shown in the logistic system is FREE*

*FREE Repair DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or up-cycled gems; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped.

For long lasting jewellery repair, feel free to send us images to get best recommendation at reasonable costs.

Shipping costs for repair are not covered.
